I have been a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator. I now Specialise  as a Tribunal Adviser.
I am also a Qualified Arbitrator in Construction Law & IT.

My Specialist area is Leasehold Valuation Tribunals , regard Unreasonable Service Charges ,Appointment of a Manager , Right to Enfranchisement , Part M Building Regulations and Disability Discrimination Act 1995 in all areas Service Providers , Landlords and Employment Law. The other Specialist are is Social Security - Disability Tribunals and Social Security & Child Support Commissioners. I have appealed 5 cases to the Commissioner over the past 10 years, that I have appealed on an error in law. I have successfully overturned these decisions on appeal. Therefore I have a 99.99% success rate .

I have had 35 years experience in the Building Industry , as a carpenter and joiner and later on went into Site Management and Contract Management . I then went into business as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator in the late 80's

During my 35 years I have  been  a senior manager of refurbishment  work and civil engineering work , projects valued between 1-2 million .
